Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt on unused, unopened items. To initiate a return, email us at contact@thefrenchkemest.com with your order number. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Opened products

For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
