Refund Policy

First Order Guarantee

If your first order is not for you, write to us at contact@thefrenchkemest.com within 30 days of delivery, with your order number. We refund the products, opened or not, and you do not need to send anything back.

The guarantee applies to your first order only, once per household, and covers up to $100 of products. Shipping costs are not refunded. The refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of your request.

Returns after your first order

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, unopened items. To start a return, email us at contact@thefrenchkemest.com with your order number. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed within 5 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Opened products

Outside the First Order Guarantee, opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they are defective.
